Thanks BTB. Will do - A goal of mine (from about a year and half ago) was to be able to rep (3 x 8-10 reps) 2 plates for bench, 3 plates for squat, and 4 plates for dl's (reps for dl's would be like 3-5 x 3 reps).
Almost there with bench and squats...dl's will follow. It might take a little longer since I'm also trying to up my overall conditioning.
