Main Workout #1
Deathplex - Completed 5 reps @ 70Lbs. Took about 25 minutes to complete.
Definite killer on the lower back, feeling the lack of deadlifts for almost a full year, along with any other excersises. Tried to keep rest times down, but averaged just over 2 minutes in between. The rack is next to garage door in my gym, and it was open today due to warmer temps. Felt good to be able to walk outside for a breather.
Followed by cardio, 15 minutes on the bike, intensity level 8, with a few sprints mixed in.
Feling good right now, tired and ready for bed...but I have a couple of hours until bedtime...unless I want to wake up at 6am, which would suck.
Tomorrow is more cardio based with assistance work for biceps, triceps, lats, and chest.
