Regarding my post, I think one has to weigh wood, recovery and sleep (waking feeling like a zombie or no?) to see if it's helping.
There might be some placebo for some, obviously, but if someone is going to run a supp then I recommend getting scientific about it and rating these areas on a daily basis.
