DELOAD WEEK SESSION 1

I know most of you likely hate deloads, but I actually like them alot. I get to freelance and do what I want and how I want, with the exception of any standing movements this week, as per the Boss.

I did some cardio for the first time in about a year. Call me crazy, but I absolutely loved every minute of it because it makes me feel so damn good. My body just reacts to it in such a positive way and it gives me a rush, even at low intensity like today. I really would like to shed a few pounds of blubber in the next few months. Nothing drastic, of course, and I will do it really slowly. I currently weigh in at 235 (I'm 5'10") and I would like to "tone" (haha) down to about 210-215 ish. I think I would look and feel much better. There is absolutely no reason why I cannot gain strength and still reach my goals in just losing 20 lbs very slowly. I would never want to be under 200 lbs tho.

I am the master of healthy gluten free eating, as I have been for almost 9 years now. It is impossible for anyone to eat any healthier than me. The only change I need to make is to have 1 steak at dinner instead of 2 and do a little bit of cardio. I plan to do the cardio on non lifting days, which should minimize any negative effects on my lifting, and to mix it up with steady state and intervals.

I am bound and determined to look and fell better and reach my goals of a 500+ pull, a 315+ bench, and a 450+ squat along the way. This is and always will be my priority.

When I set my mind to something, I get it. My mind is set.
