This WOD killed me.
5 Round for Time
40 Double Unders
15 Burpees
15 KB Swings @ 54 lbs
15 Deadlifts @135 lbs
1 15 ft rope climb
-Finished in 42:38
My time sucked because it literally took me 10 minutes to finish my last rope climb, I had no grip in my left hand because my forearm was so pumped up. I think it was because I used too much arm on my initial rope climbs so it will be better when I am able to do it again as I think I got the form down.
