It will be like BAR*10, 135*08, 225*06, 31504, 405*02 as warm up sets then 455*01, 470*01 (my current new 1 RM was 455 during Smolov so that will be +15lbs). Then will go for 475+ till me legs support me ... keep motivating BTB ...

Very nice! Thinking of trying smolov after my bb comp but need to incorporate deads somehow
