Keeping it light on compounds and focusing on assistance work, paying special attention to my 'core' region or whatever the buzzword is these days as I feel it is weak. Adding chins or pulls almost every training session to bring my back up to pace. In about 5 weeks I will end the calorie deficit and go back to heavier compounds.
