There seems to be some interest in this thread, so I may as well start updating it again.
Currently, working on dropping some fat. Sitting at 307 as of this morning, would like to see 275 by April. Don't think I want to get a whole lot lighter than that as I feel like I look too small in the 250s
Friday's Food
5 Eggs, 2 strips bacon, 32 oz coffee with 2 tbsp coconut oil & 1 scoop whey
Left over cabbage casserole, 1 scoop SynMax in water
Dinner:
Mexican Steaks and Stuffed Peppers with guacamole
Steaks: 1 inch thick ribeyes, about 1 pound each. Seasoned with cayenne, cumin, salt, pepper, and garlic. Cooked medium rare on gas grill
Peppers:
2 Poblano peppers, top removed
8 oz pork chorizo
8 oz shredded mexican cheese
Pre-heat over to 350.
Remove top from peppers.
In a small pan, cook chorizo through. Mix with cheese and spoon into the peppers.
Place peppers in a baking dish, place in over for about 20 minutes.
