Todays workout started out good but, then went a little down hill for me, I'll explain below...

Leg Press
*This is where my workout de-railed. I planned on doing some light leg presses for reps like I usually do until one of the guys who works at the gym (also a bodybuilder) asks if he could join me. I said sure. So, he starts loading up the leg press with multiple plates and I'm like, whoa slow down I don't usually do that much. He says ah, this is nothing. Anyways I end up killing my self on the leg press and has me try different foot positions to work different muscles and ect, I'm thinking to myself WTF is going on? I just get through squating 90-95% of my training max and now I'm beating myself up on leg presses. Could hardly walk afterwards...
