Thanks Ravi!! 3PPS is always a good weight for squatting, at least for us mere mortals! The problem will be fixed, at least temporarily.

Thanks Jay!! Ya, it's been awhile so that is a good sign for sure. I do now have an appt. for April to see the sports medicine specialist to look after my disc narrowing and arthritis in the lower back.
