Thanks Ravi!! 3PPS is always a good weight for squatting, at least for us mere mortals! The problem will be fixed, at least temporarily.

Nothing wrong with taking a down week Jim, you have to listen to your body. This coming week I wouldnt do anything except stretches, foam rolling, and any lifting I would do it seated. Bench, military press, seated curls, leg ext, hamstring curls. No squat, dead, cleans, or standing movements. Pick your battles wisely!

Thanks Jay!! Ya, it's been awhile so that is a good sign for sure. I do now have an appt. for April to see the sports medicine specialist to look after my disc narrowing and arthritis in the lower back.
