Powerlifting Goals Update:
Thanks to a great group of people that live nearby, I am finding out just how bad my form on the Squat, Bench and Deadlift are/were. So hopefully once I nail these forms down my Goals for each event will be reached. In light of that, I have updated the numbers I would like to hit.
Old Goals:
Squat: No goal Set
Bench: 250+
Deadlift: 500+
New Goals:
Squat: 800+
Bench: 500+
Deadlift: 700+
