Olympic lifting class last night. It was awesome becuase there were only 3 people that attended, so lots of 1 on 1 communication. We focused on the three different positions of the snatch.
Position 1
worked up to 155
Position 2
worked up to 160
Position 3
worked up to 175, but couldn't get it.
