I like your new realistic personal goals.
I remember someone "borrowed" the only dip belt at my old gym. They still hadn't found it by the time I left there.
I found my hips and little muscles were a hell of a lot happier with squats after doing some mobility and active stretching stuff.
Nice progress, keep on trucking.
