Very light weight Squats and Deads, trying to work out the back pain.
135 x4 x6 x6
175 x4 Better than last week, couldn't even lift the 155.
135 x6 x6 x6 again, better than last week
95 x 8
Clearly had more in me, back felt fine, but I did not want to risk it. Still felt OK the next day...pain is still there, but even after lifting, it is getting better each day.
Best part was new lifting partner showed up again...2 in a row.....
Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!
Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 237 lbs
Bench = 193
Dead = 270
Total = 700
