Hey Steve,

Yes gymnastics rings, a lot of work that I do with dips, push ups and sometimes pullups focus on the rings. The reasoning behind this is because in competition most of workouts have muscle-up's somewhere in them so it is useful to be skilled on the rings.

Olympic lifting class again tonight, very excited!
