Of course the weights were light, but chest went fast. I should expect that, but I didnt. Started to get tired, and I am not to the point were I am willing to push it.
3x10 dumbbell skull crushers
3x10 curl then OHP with supra curl bar.
Nice little Bi/Tri pump. Good progress for 14 weeks
