That's the one, not quite a DB row but at least I don't have to hit 20+ reps to get work in. Not hit top end rows in a while but I think they're making a huge difference over high reps just from the last month. With my two upper back days I'm alternating heavy horizontal pulls/rep vertical pulls and vice versa.
