I have a really good body recomp program that a friend of mine did up for me back in '09, i used it and had some pretty amazing results... dropped 20 pounds in 6 weeks and went from 18% bf to around 10% in th esame time frame... it was diet and workout plan and yes it did have cardio involved... but hell nback then i was running daily anyways, cause the Army made me.. lol... i will post up the cutt when the time comes, I promise the results will be worth watching....
