I have also gained a gut in 2012 and I wasn't laid off from work. No excuses tho, time to shed a bit of it off for me as well. Although I have to say my vids make me look fatter than I really am, especially with a tight belt on lol
Do you plan to cut just by diet or dare I say adding some cardio in?
