Rear Delt DB raises-- 50x10/10/10
pretty good day, i felt pretty good...
i am noticing that i have gained a pretty good lil gut since i have been laid off from work... oh well it will fix itself, as long as i continue to stay in the gym, and smash weights... until its time to do a good cut... but that is down the road, closer to summer
