Introduction
Hey guys, I figured I would try my first forum as I have been spinning my wheels on my fitness goals for the last few years with minimal results. I have found that there is an array of information on adding mass and strength to an ectomorphic frame; thus I have come here for some advice!
I have decided to stick with a program which I found on this site, (Powerbuilding), and plan to make progress with a classic diet. I will be setting up a log within the week to keep me motivated, and hopefully will see some changes in the next six months through hard-work and moving the weights up!
All advice is welcome!
