Deadlift Day.. Work from a Deficit till my last set (5+). Then just pulled from the floor. I was shooting for 9 to 10 on my 5+ set, but I guess the deficit pulls. Took more out of me then I thought. Also I just used a Hook Grip.. No Mixed Grip today.
