Exercise : Barbell Bench Press
- Note : I found out that I have some.form.issues on bench press. I need to keep my fingers wrapped. I need to keep elbows in tight.

Exercise : Bench Dip
- Note : I need to work on form for dips.

Exercise : Chin Up
- Note : Both reps/sets were negatives. Jumped up and held position and slowly lowered body.
