3x6@135 narrow stance (used normal bar)
3x25 leg extension
3x20 leg press (close stance, toes fwd)
Got some blood in the quads, worked the hams free some. First time using regular bar in the squat. Felt good to have the bar on back, and wow is the SSB a hell of a lot harder!
