Thanks BtB. Rows are starting to feel more natural. Still awkward, but not as weird at least.
So, 2 prs today. Some personal crap is making it hard to focus, and reps were out of the question on squats today. Lack of focus and reps is a recipe for disaster.

815 x 1 - I say strange things to myself before I do attempts like this. But it's only weird if it doesn't work.
