A bit behind with logging, havent hit the 2 a days due to time restrictions but still been getting in daily.
ME Squat Day
Today I squatted with the cambered bar up to a max and then hit backoff sets off of a low box. I was not ready at all for how that bar would react as I sat on the box, whoa it is so hard to get off the box with, I started with just 90kg and ramped up from there. I think this will be a good exercise for my squat, very tough right below parallel. I then hit a lot of split squats for reps, these are a weakness so I’ll be doing them a lot. That was it was rushed a bit for time.

Add Low Box
1x5 90kg
1x5 95kg

1x3 110kg
1x3 115kg
Split Squats
Lots of 10s Up to 47.5kg
