Day 2 (Wednesday) in the MoeGym resulted in a lower back strain.......
Skipped Friday......Saturday was able to do most exercises except squats and deads.
Back still sore, but no worse....
I will see how the back feels, and adjust my workouts accordingly...next attempt Monday.
