This is going to be my log for 2013. So feel free to hang out, chat and ask questions. I'll do my best to answer. Let's see goals; well I'm planning on competing in a Strongman comp or two this year. Apart from that I'm planning on getting stronger in the big lifts, raw.
- Squat 240-260.
- Bench 160-180.
- Deadlift 260-300
Also I'd like to get involved with some online personal training this year. Advice on the forum is great, writing articles is fun but I also really enjoy working one-on-one with people and having the time and commitment to do that properly. So if that's something you'd be interested in, PM me.

Stuff was moving smoothly today, didn't feel too strong on the Squat but the rest felt great. Benches were rapid. Feel pretty wrecked now though, I don't usually do that kind of volume.
