Working on increasing my frequency. So far, so good. Back feels great, body is feeling better.
Got my new chains in. Didn't go crazy. Did 2 sets x 2 reps with 495 top end weight. Feel uber fast. Need to drop 10 pounds of gut. Pulling me forward a bit.
Also did kettlebell snatches in the snow. Thanks Babs!

325 + 120lbs Chains x 1
375 + 120lbs Chains x 1
375 + 120lbs Chains x 1
15/15 Kettlebell Snatches (In da snow, ya! Wisconsin style)
3 rounds with 25 pounds - 8 snatches per round.
