low back still feeling iffy, so i tested some squats and benched

Squats
135 x 5 x 5
185 x 2 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 1
all felt good. no issues with back.

Bench (with bench, press and rack commands from spotter)
135 x 10
225 x 5
275 x 1
315 x 1 15lb paused pr
335 x 1 35lb paused pr (ties touch and go pr)
350 x 1 50lb paused pr (+15lb bench pr)

super excited about that lift. well on my way to 4 plates. can't wait

Deads
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
no issues with back on these, but kept it light, just get some blood flow.

back raises
50 reps.
