Just watched the OCD video. Another great one.
I think the tendency to be OCD about weightlifting is something myself and I am guessing that many of us have fallen into or can fall into. It's refreshing to here this sort of valuable insight about the topic.
My struggle at times has been finding the line between discipline and OCD. It can be a fine line...
I will take this a bit further and say I think I can personally apply this too other things in life as well.
