Was doing a little posing in front of the mirror this morning. Thought it looked like I may have gained a little weight and saw some small muscle gains... Then, I went to to the doctor for a check up and they weighed me. Unfortunitly I lost some weight. I only weigh 147lbs! Don't know if I lost some fat or what, personally I thought I was looking slightly bigger/muscular..
