Thanks Jim. I can ignore my own problems usually, but when it's your kids, that is tough. He'll be fine though which is the main thing. I'll just have to suck it up, be like Swede and catch up on my sleep when I'm dead!
Finally got a chance to check out the videos and this one was telling. I forgot about it until I watched it just now.
This was like the second or third set. I definitly have an imbalance in my legs as my left is way stronger and more stable than my right. Now my right ankle is the one that was shattered when I was younger, and has the osteo-arthritis in it now. But that really just affects bending it as it only has about 30% motion.
However, I'm thinking I need to do more stuff with that leg to get it stronger and more stable.
Oh, and Rehbrands are AWESOME. I don't think they really add much if anything to your squats, but they keep your knees nice and stable, just take them right out of your mind when you are squatting. Nice.
