When I missed my first try at 465 a few months ago, I did not pull the bar towards me and I paid the price with a miss. 5 minutes later, I tried it again and got it. The only adjustment I made was what you just described in the video. It's also important to make sure the bar does not roll forward, or it becomes next to impossible to pull the bar towards you during the first part of the lift. I also found that out the hard way.

The rolling forward issue is a huge one. I see that quite a bit.
I also see guys who roll the bar into them to start pulling with arms bent quite a bit.
