Damn 2 weeks off was cruel to me, felt like I was going to pass out I was so winded .
Straight leg dead lift
145x10x3. Same 60 seconds rest
I stopped here at 25 minutes. Tomorrow I will work chest and triceps. Rest a day and do back and maybe some leg curls and extensions mid week on bowflex to pump Some blood in the legs.
Saturday shoulders.
Not going real hard this week , will work back up to it for my week off to hit it hard again .
I ate horribly last week at Disney , desert 2 meals of the day and a lot of food. Tried to make good food choices for most of the meals but splurged on deserts as it was included with meal plan.
I have a problem with buffet tables and meal plans, I feel like I have to get my money's worth out of them

This week I'm back on track, eating as clean as I can but still on a bulk.
