Super fired up over grand opening of the home gym. PLUS no hip pain last week or tonight. I backed off from 225 to 200, then 205 tonight, I will add 5 lbs each week as long as the pain stays away. Super strict, 100% head in the game from the second I lift the bar until I rack it.
