This is the second time i've really hammered back on friday and still extremely sore on monday... shows i'm on the right track!
Starting a new cycle of benching tonight with paused bench as my main exercise instead of touch and go bench. Expecting to see off the chest numbers drop a good 20-30 lb then get really strong. (For me)
Also switching my board work to comp grip instead of POR grip. Time to move some weight!
