Last workout of the Year.. Figured since I already nailed a Deadlift yesterday and my shoulder strain isn't more a max. I would try and nailed something down on a Squat. I did up my Max and get a New PR, but I made too big of a Jump and tried 410lbs. I wish I would have tried 395. I just about had 410lbs and got it up about 1/2 way. So I backed down to 390lbs and switched to different wraps. I got the 390lbs... It's 10lbs up from my last PR...
