DB Bench: 40 x 10x10x10....heaviest DB there, so I did inclines...wont have this problem with the "Home Gym"
Bench Shrugs: 264 x10x10x8...really feel those tonight
first deadlifting since the "Challange" by the last double, form was crap, good thing it was the last one.
Both dead weight, and bench weight, right back where I was before I stopped Hepburn!!
Best Gym Lifts...Dosen't matter....they don't count!
Best Meet Lifts:
Squat = 237 lbs
Bench = 193
Dead = 270
Total = 700
