Good day,felt a bit rushed but I made sure I got everything in.
Squats - Last heavy set added 5 lbs, last set added 2 reps. Legs were on fire, hated racking it
Glute Bridge - will move back to the Hip Thruster next week, as it is easier to use weight. The Glute bridge makes getting the weight up correctly.
BHNP - added 5 lbs to final heavy set. A new PR. There were 10 pumpsets to follow, my ipad just cuts them off when trying to take the picture of the logger app
Incline Bench - Nothing new to report
Smith Pendlay - added 5 lbs
Medial delt insertion is acting up today. Glad to have the weekend to rest up.
