Friday Conditioning
Another rough day at work, needed to do something when I got home. I drove all over the state today, just crazy. Attempted to train outside, did about 5 minutes worth and it was just too cold
Short Sprints
10 yards each x 10 sprints
10-20 seconds rest inbetween, too cold went inside
Tabata Style on the Bike
2 rounds of 6 sets
Sprint 20 secs rest 10 secs
This really gets the blood flowing!
Did a few random things and then called it quits.
Not sure how training will go this weekend, it is supposed to snow tomorrow so depending on that is depending when I will do strongman. Going to check the weather tonight and see which week is better. Next week is my test week for reps and then a serious deload.
