After working out Wednesday, the DOMS pretty much went away by Thursday AM..finally..I was supposed to deadlift wed PM, but switched deads and squats around, now I will deadlift tonight...we will see how that goes, although I am feeling pretty good!!!!!!!!

Rows were MUCH harder than the squats, was supposed to up the weight, but I didn't, and I pulled a few reps less than last time...but Ill be back full strength next week...
