Solid session today, shoulders felt weak to start but then finished strong. I cleaned each rep into place, I need to get back into the habit of doing this. I think it is better for me.

Felt pretty solid today, I was a little tired after a long cold day at work. But got it done!! Feeling good, weight is at about 219 right now, going to let it sneak up a little higher before I start any carb back loading. I plan to really moniter my weight if I do carb back loading. I need to figure out how to gain weight with the back loading. I have a much better plan this time.
