NOTES
Slept in, body telling me I need more sleep. It felt good.
Rack Deads - These felt good. The 275 went up easy. I am sticking with my plan and did not push the 295 past 3 reps. Next week I go for 5. Very pleased.
Incline Bench - Felt easy too. Must have been the extra carbs last night.
Leg Press/ Leg Curls superset - Starting to get the feel of the vertical leg press. Will add weight next week.
Glass Style OHP - These are plate weight only. Added 5 lbs, again these felt good.
Overall just a little under 60 minutes from warm ups to completion. Good day in the Dog House despite the rain.
