I've been loving a band called Damone lately. Old school-ish rock with female lead vocals. Also Automatic Loveletter. Another female vocalist who freakin' rocks. Both hot too, which, you've gotta admit, makes it awesomer.

Personally, for training, I love Nofx. High speed, high attitude punk rock. Give me nofx and Bad religion and I'll be good for the rest of my training life. It helps that they've released probably 70 albums between the two of them.
