2012.12.24 - DEADLIFT
The routine got cut short. It's Christmas Eve and I had less than an hour to hit it. (I was outta town visiting family)
What got cut was:
3 sets of 10 Hyper-extensions (Back Extensions)
2 sets of 10 Dumbbell Concentration Curls
Vids to come on the deadlifts.... my form on them is WAY OFF....so hack away at it.
5th set lost grip for 3rd pull. paused then hit for 3 more reps.
