As I've mentioned, I think these are awesome. You come off an ego-less, agenda-less, and educational (all of which are important and why I don't watch 99% of training/advice videos).
My only suggestions would be to create "Series" if you will and to add text/slides to reinforce your key points (keep listeners from needed to take notes).
By series, I mean, a start to finish, 10- part guide for a beginner/hardgainer that takes him/her from figuring out what to eat, to bulking, to their first beginner's routine to becoming an intermediate, including how long that's going to take.
At the same time, there's obviously gold in your thoughts on intermediate to advance lifting approaches, etc. Your rate of speech and tone are spot on for the most part--I tend to listen to these in a separate tab while I browse. And you don't say "um" nearly as much as you think, and no where near as much as the average person.
Also: Didn't we talk about not wearing black all the time to avoid looking uber pale? ;-)
