I'm finding that I'm not losing any size from dropping weight, aside from the water retention, and I'm loving it! My joints feel a lot less pressure from carrying less weight (currently about 30lb less than a month ago or so) around, so that's all good! I'll lean out as long as I stay big enough/strong enough...
Planning on a big week this week, starting tomorrow! Ain't nuthin' to it but to do it!
