That was a LOT harder than I imagined..I have never done more than 6 triples in a workout before.
I had a minute by minute plan to reach 100, I started wearing myself out early, and fell behind. After about 15-18 minutes, I started taking more rest, and then near the end, I gave it everything I had to try to catch up and hit the 100....but 96 was all I had in me. After the timer went off, I just layed on a bench for about 20-25 minutes....
with warmups...10.9 tons lifted....
