Just watched the first video. Very well done. It came across very well. The point you made about between reps lifting your hips and then bringing them back down into the proper postion before the next rep was refreshing to hear. I always do that, otherwise the pull goes to crap. However, I've never heard anyone or read anything where anyone mentioned doing that between reps. The set up for a single is covered extensively, but not for multiple reps.
